Lead SQA

Job Role : Lead SQA (Software Quality Assurance)
Location : Trivandrum
Experience : 7+ years

Experion Technologies is looking for a qualified and committed professional as Lead-SQA to be a part of Software Quality Assurance team. He/she should possess minimum 7 years’ experience in Software Industry with at least 2 years in QA Lead role.

Skills Mandatory:
•Process Consultancy
•Internal auditing
•Conducting Root Cause Analysis
•Knowledge in statistical process control
•Hands-on experience in using SPC tools like Minitab.
•Process writing
•Knowledge in standards like ISO 9001:2015,
•ISO 27001:2013, CMMI, SOC2
•Knowledge in Agile practices etc.

Primary Skills:
•Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 27001:2015
•Process Consultancy in Software Industry

Good to Have:
•Certification in Agile scrum /Scrum Master etc

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Implementing quality improvement and information security processes in interdepartmental teams.
•Manages and responds to Software Quality Assurance issues with related groups such as Software Services Delivery, Product Development and Support functions.
•Own the continuous improvement of quality processes including, Required Documentation, Testing Processes, and the overall quality of the Agile software teams.
•Responsible for the overall direction, motivation, coordination, and evaluation of QA team members.
•Monitoring process performances and objectives, providing recommendations for improvement to interdepartmental teams.
•Perform quality assurance activities in interdepartmental teams.
•Conduct internal audits for interdepartmental teams and coordination of external audit.
•Collection of metrices from inter departments and providing recommendations for improvements based on analysis.
•Create baselines for data measurements based on statistical methods.
•Deals with Quality standards in internal and external communications and trainings.
•Provides input to strategic decisions concerning to Quality Assurance.
•Must be capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
•Plan and deliver training on processes across organization.
•Implementation of standards and practices as per business requirements.

•Graduate with 7+ years’ experience in various QA roles.
•Experience in implementing Quality standards like ISO 9001, CMMI, ISO 27001, SOC etc.
•Experience in conducting data analysis using statistical process control methods.
•Hands-on experience in using SPC tools like Minitab.
