Paid and Organic Campaign Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all digital campaigns - from ideation to planning to optimization and performance analysis
• Generating marketing qualified leads (MQL) to boost up the enrollments and helping multiple clients/departments to meet monthly lead and revenue targets.
• Primary ownership of plan vs achievement on spending, scale, and quality.
• Define and execute online marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as Google Search, Social Media (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn), Google Display, Native, etc.
• You will have a constant pulse on the ad accounts and focus not only on creating and scheduling campaigns but researching audiences and managing budgets to achieve the best results
• Ensure a positive brand perception across platforms.
• Creative and strategic thinking
• Create a yearly calendar, work with the internal stakeholders to implement brand campaigns, and measure success metrics.
• Buildout, analyze, and constantly improve performance on campaigns through optimizing account/campaign structure, bid & budget optimization, and regular ad & landing page testing
• You will be building, monitoring, and reporting on paid media and organic campaigns, and communicating all this to the marketing head.
• Drive integrated strategy for growth marketing efforts across all B2C touch-points, including paid acquisition on Paid Search, Paid Social, Display Advertising, Affiliates, retargeting, and lifecycle marketing to grow LCV.
• Implementing infrastructure and technology to personalize, track, measure, and learn across platforms to refine business-to-consumer conversion strategies.
• Establish spend models that enable optimal growth based on KPIs and Goal Targets, which also help to generate ROI and positive management of media spend.
• Understanding cultural nuances of audiences on platforms and devising a strategy
• Utilize a data-driven approach to run marketing experiments, implement attribution models and KPIs/reporting systems to support marketing decisions
• Measure and report all paid marketing campaigns' performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Effectively plan and execute organic social media promotion on different platforms.
• Develop robust A/B and multivariate testing programs to optimize ad copy, landing page performance
• Testing new channels and platform features to reduce the cost of customer acquisition
• Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in digital marketing – new channels, targeting, features, methods of analysis.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or related field
• 6 + years of hands-on experience in managing campaigns on these platforms: Search & Display(Google, Bing), Native Content and Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience in the education industry is a plus point.
• A good storyteller and should have the ability to ideate, create ad copies.
• Critical thinking, analytical and technical skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to arrive at solutions in a structured manner
• Strong proficiency in advanced Excel skills is a must.
• Proficient communication skills, written and verbal
• A driven leader who can take ownership and can lead a team of specialists and executives
• Ability to use data to develop and optimize marketing programs
• Ability to translate customer insights into marketing activities that achieve tangible results
• Ability to excel in an extremely fast-paced and start-up like environment
