Your Roles & Responsibilities
Enhance the ‘Linguistic Intelligence’ of our Interactive Assistants, making use of a variety of tools and techniques. It is a highly client-facing activity, which requires full awareness of the business scope and the objectives of the product and its features. The Financial Solutions professional takes part in on-site and remote meetings with clients, provides training to customers and internal employees, and presents demos to prospects. You are expected to provide continuous feedback to our Product Development team and support other department’s activities as and when required.
Assess the Problem and Elicit the knowledge - Assessment of the problem/scenario for which knowledge needs to be acquired and elicit the knowledge using Tools and Techniques through analysed problem solving and creation of knowledge maps.
Structure the Knowledge - The elicited knowledge should be structured and stored into systems such as expert systems, databases, knowledge base, knowledge systems, Graph database, data representation. Create the structure and format for the knowledge and populate it with the knowledge elicited.
Ability to gather technical requirements from clients, including understanding what the client needs even if the client is not able to articulate it and relaying it back to the technical team so that it can be implemented.
Maintain and Continually build and improve on Knowledge Base content, Taxonomy and Organisation, processes for managing knowledge, processes around creation and use of knowledge.
Map and integrate knowledge articles from the existing knowledge sources on the client-side into the knowledge base in the platform
Build and maintain a robust dataset that will be used by the machine learning module for feature prediction.
Gathering intelligence from corporate executives, clients, management about needs and future growth.
Translating business needs to IT solutions and vice versa, with current programs, projects and initiatives in mind.
Strong organizational skills with logical, conceptual & analytical skills
Strong written & verbal communication skills in English
Demonstrated experience with identifying, tracking and managing project issues/challenges and ensuring they are reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
Attention to detail, proven record of meeting deadlines, and result-oriented.
An independent contributor with the ability to drive change
Ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows
Strong technical writing and copy-editing skills with an eye on continuous improvement
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong knowledge of the Wealth Management/Insurance domain.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Good To Have Competencies
Strong hands-on knowledge in content extraction from URLs and Excel and proficiency in Ontologies, Data Schema
Knowledge of data analytics
Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, linguistics, translation or a closely related field.
1-3 years of experience in the knowledge/data/content management/business analysis and/or process analytics field, especially relating to AI/ML.
