Cyber Security Sales Specialist - Metro Cities India-Remote Job
Qualifications:
• A strong track record of high-performance sales in the IT industry. (preference to cybersecurity industry)
• 1 to 5 years of sales experience in IT industry preferably cybersecurity.
• A background in Computer Engineering or related fields is preferred.
• Previous consulting experience and experience with Big 4 firms in India will be an added advantage.
• An MBA degree is a valuable asset.
• Cybersecurity certifications are highly beneficial.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and cultivate relationships with high-end clients in the cybersecurity sector.
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored cybersecurity solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting our services.
• Collaborate with our technical team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date and communicate internally and with clients the industry trends and innovations.
• Willingness to travel as part of the job to meet clients and attend industry events.

• Maintain Lead Database: Keep detailed, updated client information.
• Outreach: Contact prospects via calls, emails, and social media.

• Social Selling: Use LinkedIn to engage prospects and share content.
• Sales Tools: Utilize CRM and sales automation tools.
• Event Participation: Attend events to network and generate leads.
Relationship Building
• Develop Relationships: Understand and engage potential clients.
• Follow-Up: Provide information, answer questions, and address concerns.
Information Gathering
• Understand Needs: Research and ask questions to understand cyber security needs.
• Document Insights: Record data from prospect interactions in the CRM.
• Engage Proactively: Understand challenges and educate on solutions offered by ValueMentor.
Collaboration
• Coordinate with Marketing: Align strategies for campaigns and provide feedback on customer needs.
• Engage Technical Teams: Ensure accurate solution representation.
Sales Enablement
• Transition Leads: Work with sales to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads.
• Provide Resources: Share relevant materials from ValueMentor service / solution portfolio to support decision-making.
• Set Appointments: Arrange meetings and demos with prospects until transitioned to the sales team
Reporting and Analysis
• Track Metrics: Monitor KPIs like leads generated and conversion rates.

Continuous Learning
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understand compliance issues like GDPR and HIPAA.
