Solution Consultant

We are looking for a Solution consultant for the implementation and support of our software product eMAM (http://www.empressmam.com). eMAM is an innovative, fast-paced, and growing software product that delivers an enterprise-level media asset management (MAM) platform to customers throughout the world.


Responsibilities
Proficient in providing technical support to a diverse, global customer base.
Troubleshooting Windows desktops, servers, and database servers.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Skilled in prioritizing and escalating customer issues based on their severity.
Consistent in providing timely updates on tasks to align with severity levels.
Demonstrates both teamwork and autonomy in a work setting.
Preparing documentation/knowledge base articles
Takes a proactive approach to work independently and without close supervision.
Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as needed.


Skills
Chat, email, and voice support experience. Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
Knowledgeable in using CRM tools like Zoho.
Proficient in Windows server administration, IIS, and Apache.
Intermediate experience with MS SQL.
Proficient in AWS/Azure.
Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, routing, firewall, WAF, and load balancing.
Experienced in working with software systems hosted on public cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Ability to maintain high levels of customer information security and compliance.
Possess scripting knowledge as an added advantage.
Willingness to work on rotational 24/7 shifts. Work will be 8 hours/day on 5 days (40 hours) a week.

L1 Support Engineer

We are looking for L1 Support engineers for the implementation and support of our software product eMAM (http://www.empressmam.com).

eMAM is an innovative, fast-paced, and growing software product that delivers an enterprise-level media asset management (MAM) platform to customers throughout the world.

Responsibilities:

Provide 1st Level support for our software products to international clients.
• Help to resolve software, technical and implementation related questions of the customers efficiently and effectively through, email, phone and chat communication as required.
• Manage estimated response and resolution times for ticket closure.
• Gather additional information from the customers/collect and analyze the log files to best handle customer tickets and escalate the issue to the appropriate team members for resolution if required.

You will be working collaboratively with a highly talented team of technical support engineers in India and in the US to deliver software support services to customers around the globe.

Requirements:

* Must have Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* 0 to 2 yrs L1-L2 experience in software or technical support.
* Good Customer service skills.
* Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of software implementation.
* Basic Knowledge of Networking, FTP, HTTP, DNS, Active directory, etc.
* Basic knowledge of Windows (server and desktop), Linux, and Mac Operating Systems and their administration.
* Basic Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server or other databases.
* Knowledge of Cloud services such as AWS, Azure, GCP. would be a plus.
* Experience in international client support would be a plus

Technical Support Engineers

Responsibilities:
• Provide implementation and technical support (L2/L3) for our software products to international clients.
• Resolve technical issues of the software product to our Enterprise Customers and Partners around the globe.
• Document and verify reported problems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues utilizing all available tools, resources, and documentation. Engage additional resources when necessary.
• Log/report issues on our CRM, provide effective and consistent communication to customers, peers, and other teams.
• Understand and set issue priority based on urgency and business impact.
• Close issues by providing quick resolutions and document technical analysis and root causes wherever applicable.
• Responsible for being available to support our customers according to the agreed SLAs.

Skills Required:
• 2+ years of experience in software or technical support in the relevant field.
• Good knowledge of Windows Servers, Web Servers, and administration. Good knowledge of IIS configurations.
• Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of software implementation, application hosting, and support.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or other databases. Hands-on experience in failover cluster instances, or High availability always on database configuration. MS SQL management.
• Worked in development or support of apps using C#, JavaScript, and node.js with SQL Server database.
• Have experience in managing SaaS platform.
• Knowledge of Cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
