HR Generalist

Job description
Recruitment: - Identifying job vacancies, preparing job descriptions, posting vacancies, and managing the hiring process till closure. Develop efficient onboarding plans/processes
Training: - Providing orientation and induction training to new hires, developing frequent skill development training for existing employees
Review & Appraisal: - Assume lead role in monitoring employee performance, ensure accurate performance review with the help of respective team managers, conduct review meetings, develop remedial programs whenever required
Ensure a satisfactory work environment for all employees and formulate staff development programs
Proper maintenance of employee records in accordance with legal requirements
Develop HR procedures, communicate and offer training to employees on policies & procedures
Disciplinary actions & Grievance handling
Manage the company’s official social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.

Skills & Requirement

Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
Minimum 3 years experience in relevant field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR functions
Problem solver with decision-making abilities
Proficiency in Office tools, HR software
Understanding of Labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Ability to effectively manage social media platforms


Lead Generation Executive / Business Development Executive

The ideal candidate has to work with the clients to understand their business requirements. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. Experience in technology platforms and outsourcing business is a plus.

Linux Server Engineer 1 to 3 years

Graduate in any discipline with certifications preferred (Red Hat Linux Certified)

Hands-on experience in Linux Administration / Troubleshooting / Security.
In-depth knowledge of the Linux operating system- CentOS, Debian
Control Panels: cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin
Web Services: Apache HTTPD, Litespeed, Nginx, and Apache Tomcat.
Mail server: Exim, Qmail, Postfix.
Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL. Knowledge of MySQL clustering is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of Shell scripting.
CloudLinux knowledge preferred.
Should have been a part of at least one 'from scratch ' installation project (monitoring - Nagios, setup LAMP server, MySQL clustering, VPN setup, Backup configuration using sync).
Server virtualization: KVM, Xen, Vmware, OpenVZ
Strong in networking concepts and TCP/IP, its Linux commands.
File permission settings, Security hardening, Firewalls (IPtables, CSF, APF)
Knowledge in SSH hardening, FTP
Knowledge of DNS concepts and DNS clustering.
Real-time experience in handling server outages.
Strong knowledge of RAID, Logical Volume Management (LVM), and Linux Package management tools (rpm, yum, apt-get, etc).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical and technical audiences. Willingness to learn new technologies. Good reporting skills. Proactive, flexible, and customer-focused.
