Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand HashRoot customer base Nationally and Internationally
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Partner with customers and MNCs to understand their business needs and objectives
Represent HashRoot at International and Domestic industry events, conferences, trade shows and expositions
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
Building sales and marketing team for HashRoot
Overseeing and managing team of Sales Executives and Consultants, typically spanning a wide geographical area
Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
Maximizing company profit
Establish business partnerships and joint ventures
Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities
Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
Meets with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals locally and globally.
Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.


Requirements :

Exceptional communication skills in English
Must have experience working for Cloud Services and Web Hosting
Knowledge in Cloud Technologies is an added advantage
