Roles & Responsibilities



  • Actively sourcing new Sales Opportunities through cold calling, email and ng, and social media reports (LinkedIn).

  • Acquiring an in-depth depth understanding of assigned products/services, value propositions, and competition.

  • Continuously investing in learning about target industries, their Challenges, and opportunities to pitch.

Vice President – Sales

We are looking for an experienced, dedicated, and analytical VP of Sales to join our team to take on a wide range of responsibilities, from the daily activities of the sales team to manage large clients. The VP of Sales responsibilities includes having in-depth knowledge and understanding of their market and knowing competitive products. They must also be excellent communicators with excellent customer service skills who can quickly navigate any situation to reach desired goals.


Responsibility



  • Identifying and building a pipeline of sales opportunities, developing and connecting with Business Leaders at C and VP levels globally (especially US Market) to fulfill the criteria and meet the Business Goals.

  • Should have Outbound sales Experience.

  • Experience in Services/Solutions and Product Sales

  • Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.

  • Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.

  • Generate leads in form of meetings or calls set up with potential clients.

  • Play a vital role in pipeline growth & revenue attainment through the generation of Qualified Sales Leads.

  • Record and maintain prospect and client contact information in the tools as it relates to accounting acquisition and development.

  • Recruiting and hiring sales staff and developing training programs.


Job Requirements



  • A bachelor’s degree or Degree in Management would be an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a sales leadership position.

  • Able to handle a team of 5 Outside Sales

IT Recruiter - ( Junior & Senior )

Location - Bangalore

Responsibility



  • Experience in end-to-end IT Recruitment (Contract Staffing)

  • Source resumes from Job Portals, LinkedIn and other channels for the requirements

  • Screen the candidates as per the given requirement.

  • Submit the resumes of the candidates for Internal and External review as instructed by the supervisor.

  • Schedule telephonic discussion and in-person meetings for candidates shortlisted by the internal supervisor / client manager.

  • Connect with the candidate to ensure that scheduled meetings happen on time and if there is a delay keep all the concerned parties informed.

  • Submit a daily, weekly and monthly tracker as per the format suggested by the internal supervisor and the external client manager.

  • Ensure that offer letters are released on time and keep in regular touch with the candidates till they join the required organization.

  • Build a database of candidates with the relevant information (Name, contact info, skill sets, education, experience etc.) on a regular basis and share that with the internal supervisor.
