Experience : 4+ years

As a Senior Content Writer for Nuvento, you will be responsible for developing well-researched content that accurately reflects the company’s services and products for online and print mediums.  Responsibilities of the Content Writer

  • Produce well-researched easy-to-understand content for publications online and in print.

  • Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization’s mission to inspire ideas and content

  • Communicate and cooperate with associated team members

  • Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials

  • Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs

Solution Architect

Job Description:

  • 9+ years in application development, design and architecture

  • Ownership of technical designs, code development, and component test execution to demonstrate alignment to the functional specification

  • Must have experience designing and developing solutions on AWS or Azure cloud services

  • Using configuration management and integration/build automation tools to lead and deploy full stack code

  • Applying knowledge of common, relevant architecture frameworks in defining and evaluating application architectures

Role Description:

Support the central operations of the Outsourcing Account Delivery team in managing resources, projects, and budgets to meet both the goals of these teams and clients served

Prior Experience:

  • 5-8+ years technical experience ideally in L1/L2 technical support.

  • Experience in operational management or project management with teams of 20 - 40

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as single point of contact for the Critical and Escalated incidents and Requests

  • Understand and assess how the issue affects the customer, business impact and the sense of urgency

  • Master the escalation workflow and handle the process in case of bottlenecks
