Inside Sales Representative
We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives to sell our services to customers. The Inside
Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with
customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. And should be
able to close sales and meet targets.
The candidate must love the thrill of the hunt, and is capable of building and growing the
pipeline of the business. You are considered the front line of the sales process which is a very
critical role as you are the face to our prospects and clients. Strong organizational and follow-up
skills are key, and a competitive, friendly, numbers-driven personality will thrive here.
What a typical day will look like for you:
? Research, identify, and tenaciously generate weekly new opportunities.
? Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline; maintain a high volume of
activity including outbound cold calls, emails, & social selling.
? Consistently exceed monthly and annual sales quota and be well-compensated for doing so.
?Responsible for accurately tracking customer interactions and information in Sales CRM.
? Conduct high level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts.
? Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
What we are looking for:
? Experience in selling custom application development services to multiple industries.
? 3 years professional work experience in selling application development services.
? Dynamic communications skills in English language – in writing, on the phone, and in

? Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is preferred
