Job Opening for UI Developer - 4-7 Years Exp

We JTSi Technologies India Pvt Ltd, a US based MNC IT Co at Kochi Infopark are urgently looking for UI Developer for our operations in Kochi. The incumbent must be a graduate with excellent communication skills and a creative and innovative designing skills and development skills. Details are as follows:

Designation : UI Developer
Qualification : Any Graduation
Skillsets : Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dream Weaver, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap. Experience in Angular, WordPress are required.
Experience : Minimum 4 Years to 7 Years
Remuneration : Salary ranges are negotiable and will be the best in the industry.
Place of Posting : Infopark, Kochi.


1. Requirement Analysis and identify the flow of the application as well as the application framework.
2. Graphic Designing and converting the same to HTML & angular/react as per the requirements using packs like Adobe Suite etc.
3. Design dynamic and browser compatible pages using HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and Java Script.
4. Developing HTML views with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap and Angular.
5. Integrating services to consume rest APIs using component-based architecture provided by Angular.
6. Implemented admin type restriction in application using angular routing technic.
7. Should be very well aware about responsive layout design.
8. Built single page applications (SPA), responsive web & mobile design, UI using HTML5 grid layouts, CSS3 media queries where it’s an expression and can be used to either true or false.

PMO / Program Manager / Project Coordinator | 4 - 8 Years | Kochi Infopark / WFH

We, JTSi Technologies India Pvt Ltd, a leading US based MNC IT Co at Kochi Infopark requires PMO/Programme Manager our operations in India and US. The incumbent must be an experienced PMO/Programme Manager professional with good communication skills and with an excellent international market’s exposure preferably in US for various Products and Services Details are as follows :

Designation : PMO/Programme Manager
Qualification : Any Graduation – Preferably MBA
Experience : Minimum 4 Years
Place of Posting : Kochi Infopark / WFH
Shift time : 04.00 PM – 01.00 AM IST

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure the successful implementation of the PMO’s strategy, responsibilities, services, and deliverables.
• Monitor Programme reporting and assist team in reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders.
• Establish frameworks and standards for Programme and Project Management Manage and compile Programme related financial and KPI information Oversee project costs and ensure finances are well managed.
• Provide and maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking service across the Programme
• Update and maintain the Risk Log, Action Log, Decisions Log, and Issue Register
• Ensure cross-programme dependencies are managed and the dependency log is accurately maintained.
• Build cohesion within the team and motivate team to produce quality work.
• Provide Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, Resource forecasting.
• Financial Management & Change Management across the project portfolio
• Prepare regular status reporting for the engagement leadership.
• Co-ordinate the following: data collection from all members of the PMO, consolidating that data and providing summary reports for stakeholders, collection of financial information to update the project's financial records, project plans, maintaining document control for the Program.
• Sets up and maintains a tool for all Project / Program documentation.
• Supports the analysis of risks and maintains the Risk Log, as well as the Project change management process.
• Timesheet validation-ensuring hours are tracked correctly and they are entered and submitted on time.
• Project/Task updation in the internal systems and monitoring it on a weekly basis.
• Proposal management including preparing and maintenance of documents that define your project, including things such as start and end dates, objectives and goals.


• A bachelor's degree in project management, or a similar field.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a PMO analyst, project manager, or a similar role.
• Experience of managing a PMO office
• Excellent knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools.
• Ability to analyze a range of complex data and make decisions based on analytical findings.
• Great computer skills and knowledge of PMO software tools, such as Scoro, ProofHub, and Basecamp (added advantage)
• Ability to competently mediate disagreements and negotiate agreeable resolutions.
• Strong program coordination and administration abilities.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
• Knowledge in ISO /CMMi documentation and process implementation.
• Create process and workflows.
• Maintain repository of completed projects, do analysis of lesson learnt of completed projects.
