US SAP Client Account Manager required for GSTi Technologies India Pvt Ltd at Kochi Infopark.

We GSTi Technologies India Pvt Ltd, a US based MNC IT Co at Kochi Infopark are urgently looking for a US SAP Client Account Manager for our operations in Kochi. The incumbent must be a well experienced US IT SAP Client Relations and Account Management with good communication skills and experience managing a SAP Client team especially in US Federal Clients, DOD clients etc. Details are as follows:

Designation : US SAP Client Account Manager (Male Candidates only)
Qualification : Any Graduation
Experience : Minimum 5 Year to 10 Years
Remuneration : Salary ranges are absolutely negotiable and will be the best in the industry.
Job Timings : 06.00 PM to 03.00 AM ( Monday – Friday )
Place of Posting : Infopark, Kochi, as of now WFH

Mandatory Skillsets:

Ability to qualify leads and prioritize pursuits
Solution based value-added consultative selling approach
Establish discovery sessions – blueprint, focus groups etc.
Develop an account strategy in a sophisticated and a complex business environment. Negotiate services contracts and effectively close business.
Address challenges and formulate solutions around competitive threats
Nurture excellent relationships with partner eco-system
Position and present SAP’s services, products and solutions, implementation framework and methodologies
Perform accounts management for assigned accounts: Manage key service issues such as resources, relationship nurturing, escalation management, status reports, participate in leadership meetings, prepare and present strategic and tactical vision
Manage accounts receivables
Maintain CRM and adhere to other administrative norms and requirements of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work closely with major customers, partners to manage and identify net-new services opportunities
Develop a territory plan to penetrate and maximize the opportunities within assigned accounts to develop a sustainable and recurring book of business
Drive customer satisfaction
Bear responsibility for team deployment and execution consistent with the virtual account team mapping and play a significant role in the execution of customer relationship
Achieve and exceed target booking and revenue goals at the acceptable profit margin.
