Lead Generation Executive

What you can expect from the job :

* Work closely with senior sales/ business development and delivery teams to support sales growth and increase profitability.
* Generate and build qualified leads for global sales organization
* Regular cold calling i.e. 20-30 calls per week generating interest amongst our target prospects and securing high qualified leads resulting in appointments for Sales Managers.
* Constantly secure minimum 20 (not limited to) B2B appointments with senior level decision makers within selected enterprise prospects.
* Perform outbound sales activities which includes reach-outs to prospects using tools like LinkedIn, Outlook Email and phone calls.
* Work with content and marketing team to populate necessary database, create pitch for email, calls and LinkedIn.
* Follow up with prospects regularly through appropriate channels.
* Use Zoom Info, Dynamics CRM to capture and maintain accurate and up to date information related to campaigns, leads, contacts, activities, and status dispositions of each of these conversations and conversions.
* Detailed research on selected ideal customers/prospects to identify their IT landscape, pain points, decision makers, IT budgets, revenue, etc.
* Reporting & MIS: Regularly report sales numbers, attend internal staff meetings, submit target numbers for the week/month or quarter and give regular updates to the Sales head.
* Develop, contribute and execute new ideas as part of Inside Sales strategy.

What will help you do the job well:

* 4 to 7 years of experience in Lead Generation (IT Services)
* Excellent English communication, both oral and written
* Thorough sales enthusiast willing to stretch based on business requirements
* Outbound sales experience in international (preferably USA, Europe and ME markets) B2B outbound cold calling, emailing and LinkedIn.
* Good research skills
* Should have prior experience working on any sales CRM. Familiarity with Dynamics CRM would be an added advantage.
* Ability to think on the feet, apply sales framework, and convince prospects to meet with the company representatives.
* Ability to communicate effectively through e-mail and via phone is essential with sincere attention to details while speaking to internal and external prospects.
* Shall be a go getter with strong organizational skills, presentation skills and ability to work under pressure.

* Prior experience in services like SAP, Application Services and Cloud and Infra Services, Microsoft will be an added advantage.

Senior Test Engineer, Automation

What you can expect from the job :
• Good knowledge in testing web & mobile applications
• Analyse user stories, use cases, requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, Compatibility, Security, Performance, API and Regression).
• Analyse test results, detect issues, and track root causes.
• Ability to convert the manual test cases to automated script and build regression test suite and execute.
