What will help you do the job well?

Experience: 0 to 6 months experience or training with a strong knowledge of Desktop, Laptop, Hardware and Troubleshooting support.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of End User Support, Operating Systems, Hardware, Desktop and Laptop Hardware configurations and Networking basics.
Troubleshooting Skills: Exhibit excellent troubleshooting skills to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Shift Flexibility: Ability to work in different shifts and adapt to changing schedules. Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to interact with end-users and collaborate with team members.
Proactive Attitude: Proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in IT, such as MCSA, CCNA, A+ or N+ in HW/Networking are an added advantage.

Consultant, SAP HCM

• Around 2 years of experience in SAP HCM.
• Knowledge in India Payroll is mandatory.
• Hands on Experience on Payroll and Time PCRs and Schemas.
• Configuration of Enterprise structure, Personal Structure, Payroll Area, Pay structure, Wage type characteristics, Payroll related Features, Payroll schemas, Writing PCR and inserting the PCR into the schema, Positive and Negative Time Management, Time related wage types, Work schedule, Quotas, Absences, Organization Management,
• Extensive knowledge of SAP HCM configuration, implementation, and support methodologies.
• Knowledge in ESS/MSS.
• Proactively review, analyze and implement Legislative changes in system as provided by SAP.
• Ability to independently analyze issues related to Payroll.
• Handle Time Management issues if any assigned.
• Experienced in rollout and support projects.
• Candidate should be able to support development activities related to HCM.
• Work independently with the client to identify their requirements, design enhancements, and functionality to help meet user requirements especially on Payroll and Time Management related changes.
• SAP Certification will be added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.


Lead Generation Executive

Based out of Kerala, India and with offices in the US and Middle East, we are on a growth path like never before. We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with expertise in handling lead generation for Microsoft Power Platform, Document Management System, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Platform Development &/or SAP ERP.

Job Location: Kochi, Kerala

What you can expect from the job:

• Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and qualify opportunities related to the Microsoft Power Platform, Document Management System, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Platform Development &/or SAP ERP
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
• Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to ensure regular
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in market
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments related to the Microsoft Power Platform, CRM, and SAP ERP

What will help you do the job well:

Must-have skills/ characteristics

• Bachelor's /Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ideal profile will have 4-6 years of IT Sales experience
• Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Should have the fire and flair for sales, with excellent convincing skills

Other desirable skills/ characteristics

• Engage with potential customers to understand their business needs and articulate how our solutions can address them.
• Contact potential prospects through cold/warm calls, emails, LinkedIn, Forums.
• Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services from within the Microsoft/Platforms/SAP Ecosystem.
• Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
• Set up regular meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Regional Sales Team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach campaigns and strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint, DMS, Power Platform, CRM systems, Platforms development and SAP ERP lead generation would be preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
• Knowledge of ISMS Principles and best practices.
