Position: Senior IT Recruiter / Asst Manager Recruitment
Experience: 5+ Years
Key Duties / Responsibilities
Work closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements provided in the Job Description and hiring criteria.
Identify and implement sourcing strategies based on the JD
Prepare recruitment materials and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job portals
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, and performing phone screenings.
Schedule and coordinate interviews ensuring a pleasant recruitment experience for candidates.
Collaborates with the hiring manager and other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting channels and execute innovative recruiting strategies.
Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from, as new positions open up.
Continuously partner with senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies and best practices.
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to senior management.
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
Strong experience in end to end IT recruitment life cycle
Should be able to parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing
Must have good knowledge and understanding of IT Technologies with an ability to explain job requirements to prospective candidates.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
Maintain regular reports and MIS.
Must be proactive & self-driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
5+ years of IT recruitment experience
