Client Engagement Manager
• Grow revenue from existing customers by cross-selling/upselling.
• Responsible for maximising customer satisfaction and client retention.
• Building deep relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Stayed informed on Client business and industry trends to better understand and predict client needs.
• Be a single point of contact for all services between the company and customers.
• Customer communication/reporting and operational aspects.
• Forecast and track key account metrics and communicate relevant information with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Overall experience of 10+ years in IT services industry, with minimum 4 years in “Account management/Relationship Management” roles.
• Good knowledge/exposure of latest technologies and trends.
• Strong handle on IT services industry and different operating models.
• Good understanding of various engagement models and commercial models.
• Previous experience in handling all operational activities (billing, invoicing, collections).
• Good exposure to Business Development activities.
