Infopark owned:
Infopark campus is divided into Special Economic Zone (SEZ) and non – SEZ facility. Of the existing 98.25 acres of Infopark, 75 acres has been notified as a Special Economic Zone by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India. The infrastructure developed in the park has been classified as Muilti tenanted facility (MTF), Built to suit (BTS) into the following:


Thapasya MTF (Non –SEZ)

No. of floor: G+4
Total floor area: 1,25,000 sft (25,000 X 5 floors)

Ancillary Support:

  1. Centrally air-conditioned lobby
  2. Three '20 Passenger lifts, Ramp
  3. Cafeteria on ground floor
  4. ATM, Stationary shop, Coffee shop

Power Back-Up: 63 KVA, 500 KVA and 750 KVA diesel generators, providing 100% power back up
Status: Operational & Fully Occupied




Vismaya MTF (Non –SEZ)

No. of floor: G+8
Total floor area: 2,38,500 sft (26,500 X 9 floors)

Ancillary Support:

  1. Centrally air-conditioned building (900 TR)
  2. Five  ’20 Passenger lifts including one service lift
  3. Building Management System
  4. Roof top food court 25,000 sft
  5. Bank, ATM, Doctors Diagnostic Center, Home Loan, etc

Power Back-Up: 1000 KVA (2 nos) diesel generators, providing 100% power back up
Status: Operational & Fully Occupied




Athulya MTF (SEZ)

Total floors area (Software Development Block): 3,50,000 sft (50,000 X 7 floors)

Ancillary Support:

  1. Centrally air-conditioned building (2,130 TR)
  2. Eight ’20 Passenger lifts
  3. Building Management System
  4. Food Court, Mini Convention center & Multi Level Car Parking

Power Back-Up: 1000 KVA (3 nos) diesel generator, providing 100% back up
Status: Operational and fully occupied




Co-Developer Owned:
Infopark has roped in 2 Co-developers, namely Leela Group and L&T Techpark Pvt Ltd, for simultaneous development of IT infrastructure and office space in the park. The infrastructure being developed is on Infopark owned land and shall co-exist with other infrastructure inside Infopark. The various infrastructures developed by the Co-developers are as mentioned below:

L&T Techpark
L&T Tech Park Limited is a subsidiary company of Larsen & Toubro Urban Infrastructure Limited - L&T UIL and is formed to develop and promote residential and commercial complexes in all the leading cities and metros. L&T Tech Park will have a total built-up area of 1 million Sq.ft and a multi level car park of 1.29 lakh sq.ft. . The project will be executed in three Phases: 0.4 Million Sq.ft in Phase one Tejomaya, 0.5 Million Sq.ft in Phase 2 - SIGNATURE TOWER for Infopark & 0.18 Million sq.ft in Phase 3 - Swapnalaya. L&T Tech Park Limited will operate and maintain the facilities planned at Infopark, Kochi and provide its customers with complete infrastructure including e-connectivity. (www.lnttechpark.com)

Wipro is fast progressing with the development and setting up of their private IT campus inside Infopark. On completion Wipro’s campus at Infopark would be approximately 1 million sq ft with 8000 seats. The construction activities are expected to be completed by the year 2010.
