    JOB PURPOSE:


    To provide a high quality Incident resolution to a large multi-client community as part of a customer focused support team. Working to contracted SLAs and delivering best in class services to our customers.

    To provide both remote and on-site support to our internal and external customers, resolving incidents in an efficient and timely manner.



    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:


    To work as part of a busy support team, resolving incidents/problems adhering to the agreed SLAs
    Desk side configuration and support of desktop PCs and laptops, MS Windows, MS Office and other desktop software packages
    Configuration and desk side support of network printers and other peripherals
    Manging local area network and server room infrastructure
    Work closely with global network and infrastructure support teams for office related issues
    Additional tasks will include user administration and support of bespoke applications
    Monitor any allocated procedures, review and update as necessary. Identify and produce new procedures as appropriate
    IT asset management including laptops, desktops, ip phones, printers, etc
    Be able to work flexible working hours, including shift working and some weekends.
    Be able to get involved with other aspects of Service Support including Configuration, Change and Release Management; Project Work, internal and external IT audits
    Ensure compliance with all documented procedures
    Get involved in any other business activities as required


    PERSONAL QUALITIES, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    Strong interpersonal/team skills.
    Excellent verbal and written English.
    At least 1 years direct experience of any MNC technical support.
    At least 1 years direct experience in any MNC customer-facing environment
    Excellent communication and client facing/customer service skills.
    Proven ability to think logically and remote problem-solving skills.
    An adaptable attitude, wanting to provide a good service.
    Excellent knowledge of MS Windows - all current versions.
    Excellent knowledge of MS Office products including email.
    Working knowledge in Domain Structure & Active Directory.
    Working knowledge in LAN/WAN and server room infrastructure

    Roles and Responsibilities

    · Overall process responsibility to

    o Manage the customer account budget and forecasting process at a segment level

    o Manage the standard customer account reporting process within GBS – Account P&L analysis and commentary, billing forecasts, in year revenue for segment, change requests and upsell revenues, customer account level budget vs. actual, forecast vs. actual etc.

    o Deliver monthly/quarterly/annual performance reporting - LoB/Customer account level

    o Review KPIs to measure business performance and manage ad-hoc reporting requirements

    o Identify and report loss making accounts

    o Create Finance modelling to support business cases.

    o Ownership for validating and ensuring accuracy of data points

    o Engage with the stakeholders – Account Management team, Onsite Finance Business Partners, GBS teams, Sales team

    o Resolve level 1 internal issues / disputes and follow escalation process if needed

    · Functional reporting to the onsite Segment CFOs – to understand, plan and deliver the service scope as per the agreed SLA

    · Evaluate reporting and analytics requirements and create/update the design definition of reports on an ongoing basis

    · Ensure process documentations are reviewed and updated with changes as per the plan

    · Manage stakeholder expectations and be a participant to all decision making/review meetings

    · Manage FA team

    · Develop competency of the FA team members by following the defined career development plan

    Expected Experience

    · 12+ years of total experience in Finance and Accounting and there of 6+ years as a Business Finance partner supporting the business operations in an IT/BPO/from other service industries.

    · Must have the hands on experience to perform complex Analytics and management Reporting tasks

    · Deep understanding of the KPI’s used in industry to measure business performance

    · Exposure in developing management reporting in a highly complex data management environment

    · Experience in managing stakeholders at General Manager/Vice President level in an MNC company.

    · Has the passion to drive by aggressive targets and tight deadlines from very demanding stakeholders

    · Should have the ability to visualise the management reporting requirements and prepare the requirement documentation in order to explain the design and requirement to IT developers.

    · Expert knowledge to manage the financial planning and budgeting and controlling processes

    · Thorough understanding of project accounting, standard costing techniques including Activity Based Costing techniques.



    Technical expertise

    · Should have thorough knowledge with SAP FICO/BW/Business Objects systems.

    · Exposure with SAP BPC system will be an added advantage.

    · Knowledge of planning and budgeting tools and expert knowledge in project accounting systems

    · Advanced working knowledge in MS Excel and MS power point

    · Have extensive experience working in or very closely with onshore reporting and analysis teams



    Qualification

    · ACA/ACCA/CMA/CIMA or MBA from premier institutes
