    Timings: 09:00 am - 01:00 pm

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Inbound Helpdesk calls/chat support in Windows servers and desktop issues for
    customer in the US, UK and Australia.
    • Monitor and manage Windows servers.
    • Active Directory management.
    • Remote support on M.S office, Quickbooks & Sage.
    • Coordinate with ISPs and Vendors.
    Remote Support over phone, chat and mail.

    QUALIFICATION:
    • BCA/MCA/B.tech with one year experience in Call Centre Voice support.Freshers
    can also apply
    • Experience in International voice support is preferred,but not mandatory.
    • Excellent communication in English- MANDATORY
    • Experience in technical support is a plus.

    BENEFITS:
    • Shift : Should be open to work in rotational night shifts.
    • Days : 5 days in a week
    • Initial training to selected candidates.
