  • Finance Business Partner
    We are looking for a Finance Business Partner whose primary responsibility will be to identify the risks and opportunities to improve financial performance of the organization. Working closely with CEO & Head of operations in proactively tracking, & reporting on invoicing, collection, cashflow & taxes.
    Work location will be our office in Infopark, Kochi

    Creating and providing financial data to the leadership team for driving growth and to highlight key business performance drivers
    Identifying the risks and opportunities to improve financial performance of the organization.
    Working closely with the CEO & Head of Operation in proactively tracking and reporting on invoicing, collection, cashflow and taxes
    Direct responsibility of all invoicing and collection working with the account managers and delivery leads
    Vendor management including payments to external vendors and tracking.
    Interaction with banks and other financial institutions and negotiating the best options for the organisation
    Publish and implement financial policies for the organization

    Required Skills:
    Strong financial and business analysis skills, including accounting, bookkeeping and cashflow management
    Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including in-depth excel expertise
    Proven problem-solving skills with capacity to multi-task, deliver high quality results and respond quickly and effectively to requests.
    Good communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with the leadership team
    Ability to contribute independently and proactively implement new processed and ideas
    Attention to detail and strong focus on quality
    Required experience will be 3 to 6 years.
    Business Analysts
    Ignitho is urgently looking for a Business Analyst-cum-Client Lead to join our team. Based out of our Infopark Kochi offices, this is a client-facing multi-dimensional role, involving the ability to build and manage a successful partnership with senior UK, US and European stakeholders, as well as being able to consistently deliver high quality services for Ignitho’s clients profitably and team-working effectively to do so.

    Analysis and Solution Definition:
    * Quickly understands the business and technical challenges of the client's organisation and industry.
    * Identifies solution parameters and contributes to scoping and estimating an effective way to address these.
    * Creates and reviews requirements, specifications and business processes, including documents such as SOW and RFx responses.
    * Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.

    Client Lead:

    * Perform the role of Business Analyst & Client Lead and act as primary point of contact to the customer.
    * Coordinating and communicating with the client and the internal project team – Developers, PM, QA’s etc. to ensure smooth flow of the project
    * Take complete ownership and responsibility for the project(s) associated with the client;
    * Discuss and define the customer expectations and ensure all expectations are met.
    * Works with client personnel to identify any required changes and communicates this effectively within Ignitho.
    * Coordinate with both internal and external teams to ensure the seamless project delivery.
    * Participant to the client steer-co meetings and ensure timely actions.

    Project Execution:
    * Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
    * Reports effectively and regularly on project progress to the client as well within Ignitho, takes review inputs and appropriately and accurately applies comments/ feedback.
    * Manages resources in accordance with project schedule.
    * Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
    * Perform internal UAT to ensure the solution meets business requirements
    * Understand the customer requirements and prepare adequate documents
    * Prepare project estimates & delivery timelines and support the sales team in preparing documents such as SOW, MSA, RFx etc

    Required Skills:
    * 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in a similar role, working for Tier 1/2/3 IT services organisations.
    * Engineering degree with MBA post-graduate qualifications preferred.

    Manager – HR & India Operations
    We are looking for an HR & Ops professional to lead our India Operations in Kochi Infopark with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, people development and growth. Working closely with the CEO and India Project Delivery Head, the role involves designing and executing HR & Operational excellence. The selected candidate will be based out of Ignitho’s offices in Infopark, Kochi.

    Provide strategic direction and work along with the HR team to implement and scaleup HR policies and procedures, as well as legal / regulatory ones
    Lead and be accountable for the delivery of key HR initiatives, like: remuneration plans, benefit programs, performance evaluation and career / talent development plans
    Stay current on all HR issues and regulations, ensuring compliance with all employment laws
    Manage the Talent Acquisition, getting actively involved in recruitment & its process, including liaison with 3rd party platforms and agencies
    Assist Ignitho’s Leadership Team on employee related matters
    Managing overall operations of the India Development Centre in Kochi, including management of all administrative tasks internally within Ignitho India as well as with external vendors and public/private bodies

    Required Skills:
    Relevant experience of 3 – 6 years in a similar role, handling both HR and Operations in an IT company
    Ability to contribute both at an individual level and at a team level
    Strong team player with excellent communication, interpersonal, administration and negotiation skills
    Ability to scale up without a lot of direction, be a self-starter
    Qualification: MBA with specialization in HR and Operations
    Project Lead
    We are looking for dynamic and passionate Project Leads whose primary responsibility is to guide team development efforts to ensure successful project delivery.

    Work with the team and key stakeholders to set goals, evaluate performance and encourage collaboration.
    Maintain focus and provide clear direction to team members, be the champion for the project and support team member personal development.
    Interact directly with Delivery head and Tech Lead to ensure resources are available when needed, and to negotiate amendments to the project plan especially those that change deliverable completion dates.
    Responsible for organizing, facilitating and ensuring follow-up action on issues raised during scrum meetings and retrospectives.
    Keep team members and stakeholders informed of key developments, program decisions, issues, and changes to the project and the project plan.

    Required Skills:
    2 – 5 years of experience in project management.
    Good technical understanding of web and mobile applications and cloud-based products.
    Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
    Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
    Experience/Interest in Agile methodologies and Scrum.
    Project management or related certifications would be an advantage.

    Account / Client Coordinator
    We are looking for junior account coordinators whose primary responsibility is to ensure that every account assigned to them achieves successful project & support milestones, customer delight and account growth. In future, they will become the face of Ignitho for interactions with Ignitho’s clients in both UK and US.
    Work location will be our office in Infopark, Kochi with occasional travel to client locations in UK and US.

    To be part of account management team and help in document preparation like NDA, MSA and SoW
    Document and regularly update all client communications to project team and update progress status to client stakeholders
    Own and be accountable for ensuring customer delight and account growth in the accounts assigned
    Build long-term relationships with key client stakeholders to discover new opportunities in assigned accounts and drive Ignitho’s revenue growth
    Be the single point of contact to clients assigned
    Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure client retention and upsell opportunities
    Analyze, recommend and implement regular improvements on overall account management, project coordination and processes

    Required Skills:
    1 – 2 years of experience in account management including closing deals, growing revenue with clients and working closely with project teams in achieving project & support milestones
    Background in direct onsite customer engagement in presales and post-sales in a B2B tech-company environment
    Experience in IT services industry preferred
    Able to manage multiple Clients

    Develop a strong, passionate community through a range of formats including creating engaging content tailored to a wide range of social channels (and other channels, like email) and writing blog posts and content for our website 
    Develop, execute and evaluate quality content and develop fun ways of engaging the content 
    Use data-driven insights to optimise our content for a range of channels and audiences 
    Research ideas and facts pertinent to the type of content/topic assigned
    Develop ideas derived from online/offline research and organise into coherent written articles
