Fluent in Written & Spoken English
Must have Accurate Data Entry Skills
Exceptional Interpersonal Skills
Recruitment Experience or International BPO (Voice) - Minimum 1 Year Experience Required.
Should have excellent oral and written communication skills (English).
Knowledge of IT / Clinical terminologies would be an added advantage.
Ready to work in Evening shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM), Monday - Friday.
Should be willing to give us a working commitment for minimum 2 years.
Work involves interaction with professionals in USA.
Analyze the Job requirement of our Direct Clients like Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Novartis, Sanofi, Pfizer, Boeing, etc.
Search, screen and short-list candidates based on various aspects from Job portals (Monster, Dice, and Career Builder) and through Social networking & relevant community sites.
Conduct initial round of interviews with candidates and forwarding them to the Account Manager in US Office.
Post jobs in various sites, updating requirement list, preparing daily tracker.
