    We are hiring a Business Analyst to join our project team. candidate  will need to  work alongside other business analysts and report directly to the project manager. The main task of this profile will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. The candidate should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

    Experience  : 1-2 yrs of relevant experience 
    Work time : 2PM IST - 11PM IST 

    Business Analyst Responsibilities:
    Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports, documentations .
    Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
    Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
    Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
    Performing user acceptance testing.
    Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
    Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
    Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
    Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
    Managing competing resources and priorities.
    Monitoring deliverable and ensuring timely completion of projects.

    Business Analyst Requirements:
    A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
    A minimum of 1-2  years experience in business analysis or a related field.
    Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
    The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
    Advanced technical skills.
    Excellent documentation skills.
    Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
    Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
    Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    A track record of following through on commitments.
    Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
    Experience leading and developing top performing teams.
    A history of leading and supporting successful projects.

    Process Coordinator ( Interview Scheduling ) (US Shift - 5 PM to 2 AM IST)
    We are a growing Company in business for 25 years. We have a Software Export Division and a Manpower Consultancy Division. Our US Company has Preferred Vendor relationship with clients like Boeing, Merck, Pfizer, Sanofi, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis etc.

    We are adding a Process Coordinator to our team in InfoPark, Cochin.
    It is a regular full-time position with attractive salary and perks.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Support the smooth functioning of the recruitment and related processes by ensuring that key activities are completed on time.
    Work in liaison with the prospects, team leaders and managers.
    Coordinate the process of resume submission, interview scheduling and offer extension.
    Promptly update the requisitions in various databases in order to keep it current.
    Will be working with teams in Evening and Night Shifts and hence the Process Coordinator is expected to work in US shift (5 PM to 2 AM IST ).

    Key Traits and Qualifications:
    Minimum 1 year of experience in Service industry covering functions like Business Process Analysis, Talent Acquisition and Process Improvement

    US Staffing experience is a big plus
